If the vibration is not coming through the steering wheel,then I suspect you have a rear tyre or wheel that gone out of shape or a wheel balance problem on the rear.It could be a faulty rear wheel bearing,but I doubt it.If it was a CV joint or driveshaft you would feel it through the steering wheel.
It may have been caused before you had the car(delivery to dealer etc),and was not picked up on the PDI.
Physically check the rear tyres to make sure it's safe to drive,and get it back to your dealer asap.
(Tracking problems don't cause vibrations)
