I have an 03 Laguna. This has only happened since the MOT, where and what would I need to check for the bonnet sensor?

Also when I unlock the car sometimes I hear 3 "beeps" about 1 second apart, does this just let me know that the alarm was activated or something else?

Many thanks all.

You need to replace at least one of the volumetric sensors, but Renault only sell the alarm kit as a whole. You need to speak to a nice alarm fitter for replacement parts, which slot into the alarm sensor holders and look completely original. I paid a reasonable amount from Kineholme Renault, but I can't recall exactly (less than 20 for a pair).

And yes, those beeps just let you know it has gone off previously.
