I do also have similar small round white patches near the outer edges of the windcreen near the drivers and passengers pillars.

I have asked about it and have been told its the windcreen de-laminating and will increase as the glass ages.

Only option is to make a claim on your glass insurance, probably best to go in and ask for thier opinion before making sure they have the spare glass available.

Though it may be possible to do it on the warranty (it will save you the glass penalty charge by your insurer) and may not show up on your insurance history in the future, as its a dealer claim.

Note. that the dealer will try his best to fob you off with the excuse that unless it encroaches into the MOT regulated area of the windcreen they are/will not be held liable under the warranty.
