Hello and welcome to the forum.

The problem is probably that your pollen filter is partially blocked by leaves etc and needs replacing / cleaning.

The pollen fillter lives behind the glovebox. Theres one torx screw in the back of the box to undo, then pull at the liner - it will come out.

The pollen filter itself lives in a rectangular box at the top right of the hole where the glove box was. The filter cover has two bolts one at either end, with one partially behind the dash. You can get to it though.
