Question Scenic Cat and Dephaser problem

I have a 04 Scenic II which I purchased in April 08. In September 08 I had the Cat replaced because the flexi pipe on the front was blowing. This problem was diagnosed because I had cold starting problems.

This didn't fix the problem and the local Renault dealer then replaced the dephaser.

In March 09 had the Dephaser Pulley replaced along with a distributor kit and core plug ?

later that month I got the "check Emissions" message up and another cat was fitted. Further Cats replaced in April and May.

Finally in June the Camshaft Sensor was replaced.

2 days ago the grinding noise and poor starting returned and now there is a constant noise in the engine when it is running. I am worried that there is something more serious than dephasers or cam belts wrong with the car.

Does anyone have any ideas?
