Clio mk1 lowering?

I'm looking to get my Clio mk1 lowered, but i'm having problems with the torsion bar. Basically, i'm wondering if anyone knows if its possible to lower the back torsion bar to an exact same level as a change in front springs. Someone told me that each turn will lower the car by 35 - 45 mm, so obviously i dont want to buy 35 mm springs if it drops by 45... But i want to lower it by 35mm, just wondering if it can be done level all around. I hope that makes sense!! Anyway, any help will be much appreciated!
