Lowering the rear torsion bar suspension can be a bit hit and miss as the bars tend to loose their torsion (springyness) over time. Also remember lowering a torsion bar willl not firm up the rear suspension - just put in a lower position. This can actually degrade the road handling. In reality you will need to fit assistor springs or coil overs to see any good affect.
