To remove the badges on my boot lid (renault,clio) I first heated them up to soften the glue, then using an old credet card slide it behind the badges and off they come.
DON'T be tempted to use a knife as this will damage the paint on your car.

Also when you remove the badges they will need re-glueing back on I recommend clear automotive silicone sealent. don't use anything too adhesive as it will bubble your paint and then its a respray job.
