The high miles wouldn't worry me at all as long as it had a comprehensive service history.
A newer car with high mileage can be a reet bargain if you find the right one, with higher mileage you'll find mostly that anything major that's gonna go wrong has gone wrong and been put right already....hence the need for a decent service history so you can see what's what.
If it aint got a service history or even only a part history.....walk away
