Oh no, not yet another type of screw!!

Oh no, not yet another type of screw!!

Anyone any idea what type of screws / screwdriver is needed now to remove the number plate from a Renault.
My plate seems to have distorted outwards along its length, both ends of the
# plate are now sticking out 9 10mm away from the body work & it looks a mess.
I was going to do what I thought would be a very easy fix of removing the screws & applying heat from an hair dryer to the rear side of the plate to pull it back in the opposite direction followed by refitting. Easy peasy I thought then found out the fastening screws are neither flats, Phillips, posi, or torx.
The screws look like a 3 splined type of Phillips

Sori about poor quality pici I took one close up, then the battery was flat with around 2 hours recharge time

Currently in hondo's garage:
1.6 Valve-Matic SR. Red hot, toasty feet.
