95 Laguna dash lights stay on

HI there.

I have a 95 laguna, 2.0l petrol.

When I turn the key off some dash lights stay on. I have tracked it and think that the anti theft switch is on, causing the ignition relays 1 and 2 to stay on, It drains the battery. It goes away if I pull fuse 4 in the engine bay. It also has the injecter light flashing on the dash and so it won't start either, The key remote won't do anything, won't lock the doors or unlock them and doesn't turn the injector light of flashing. I have cleaned and checked the receiver and it is receiving a signal from the key when the button is pressed as the voltage changes.

Can someone tell me where the antitheft switch is located and what controls it. Can I bypass the immobiser somehow. Does it use the fuel line as the cut off.
