HI, I took my radio out of the slot - there was a renault sticker on the side with a bar-code. You need the number under the bar code starting with RN or BP - or long number starts with 82 or 77.
If you take log book to dealer don't you have to presume radio is original ?
My renault dealer wanted £20.00 and 2 days for the code so I used e-bay .
