It sounds like the fuse on ignition live has blown. Have you been tinkering with the wiring already?
I think it'll be the 20 amp critter next to the diagnostics connector - you'll see it if you take out the ash tray.
The wiring is standard ISO, though ignition and permanent live feeds are swapped from the proper ISO standard. If you have the 6 disc in-dash changer, then you will have a separate tuner/amp module under the glove box, and the stereo ISO connectors actually plug into there. I'm not sure whether this is also the case for the single disc players, or whether they're more conventionally wired.
