Iam sure a member will be along soon to help that nows there away about your year and model but until then iam sure there will be 4 bolts holding it in place??you will find 1 in each top corner at the wheel arch and you will find there will be another 2 along the back top side, now iam not quite sure if you will need to gain access to them 2 bolts along the rear from under the car or not but the 2 on the top corners at the wheel arch iam sure you will need to remove the back inner wheel arch liners to gain access to the bolts to remove them or you might be able to just loosen the wheel arch liners at the back side by removing some of the bolts?screws?fixings so it gives you enough space to work at the bolts holding the bumper in place, but don't quote me on the number of bolts holding it in place as there might me more,

I hope that helps until someone else comes along to help, Cheers Donald
