Do you need dipped headlamps on all the time as opposed to the sidelights that Saabs have on all the time? DRL's (day running lights) on Saab's are just a fuse between the off and sidelight position on the headlamp switch. If the fuse is in place then there is no difference between position 0 & 1 on the headlamp switch, 2 being dipped headlamps. If you remove the fuse 0 is off, 1 is sidelights and 2 dipped lights.
