When you say TCP sensor I take it you mean the
sensor (or crankshaft position sensor). If it was faulty it wouldn't prevent the engine from turning over and better still the engine wouldn't start on a bump. I take it the click is coming from the starter solenoid. Have you checked the engine earth strap is secure and undamaged. You could try running a jump lead from the engine to the negative terminal of the battery as a temporary earth lead. Also is the battery in good nick. There's nothing worse for a battery than a duff starter.
