Ok guys as promised an update..............

Yesterday had to drive from home south of Brussels to Nijmegen in Holland (a 400km round trip), let's just say I was a "tad" apprehensive about it but in for a penny ..........

Guess what - no issues at all, full power, no throttle misses, no warning lights - absolutely tickety boo.

This morning I've just arrived in Luxembourg (another 210 kms), and all is well, again no warnings and no missed throttle beats that I can detect. most of th eway has been sitting at 130km/h on cruise control - it's a straight autoroute most of the way - and even up the steeper inclines, the old girl never seemed to miss a beat.

So for me the warning light issue seems sorted (for now) but I'll still be apprehensive about it - after all it is a renault

Next weekend sees the 1100 km trip to Montpellier so I'll try update if all is well or not...........

Agaisn guys (and all other forum posters) thanks for the advice and help.
