It could be down to the heat and lack of lubrication on the window seals.
Our Laguna did the same the other day, but only in the heat of the day, later on at night it didn't do it. Also the wifes 206 did the same yesterday ( Cornwall was the warmest place in the Uk -
) Our Ford Fungus did the same on a very hot day.
A squirt of silicone grease on the window guides should cure it. It has certainly stopped ours from squeaking.
It should be something you do regularly really, but it is not until you get the squeak that you realise that you forgot to spray the seals!
