If it is showing the SERV light and the oil light is on,then stop using the car immediately!.I don't think your car with have a service indicator (although I could be wrong) so I think that the dash is trying to tell you that either the engine is low on oil ,the engine is low on oil pressure,or theres an electrical fault indicating incorrectly one of the previous things.

If your car does have a service indicator where by there is a warning that comes up on the dash when the car is due a service,then it didn't get reset properly when it was serviced,but as I said,I don't think your car will have one.

I'd rather push my Alfa than drive a BMW....
