It's exceedingly rare for insects to activate the interior sensors. They are volumetric and it takes quite a bit of disturbance to set them going. Try it and see. Close th ecar up with a window open. Lock the car and let the alarm set them stick your hand in throuh the open window and wave it about. The most common culprits are bonnet switches - you could try taping it down with duct tape and see what happens. The system works on the voltage drop principle so any electrical disturbance in the cars electrics will activate the system.
