If the car battery is flat and the emergency key won't open the door you are kinda stuck - did the emergency key ever work and has it been cut to suit. If not your local Renault dealer may be able to supply one.
Other than that you have a few options but the one that will cost the least damage is to connect up a tempory battery using jump leads via the starter motor which is accessible from under the car.
If you are a member of a breakdown service they may be able to assist.
