Yep,Oilys right.

The drums are made from cast iron,so they are bound to rust sooner or later.

You can buy covers to go behind your alloys to hide the drums.This may be the way to go,as even if you do paint the drums,due to the heat generated by the brakes,the paint will come off and the drums will start looking rusty agin....

Or,you could get a rear disc conversion.....!

I'd rather push my Alfa than drive a BMW....
