UCH unit faulty - immobiliser activated

Hi i have a serious problem. My renault laguna 1.8 16v has its immobiliser activated. Ive tried both my card keys and taking off the battery. Once the card key is inside the card reader the LED is constantly on (there are no ignition lights).
Both card keys central locking worrk perfectly fine. One mobile specialist looked at it and said that the ECU has gone sleep mode (which seems to be a defense mechanism). I really need a good specialist who can reprogram my immobiliser (and or UCH ). Ive taken the UCH unit out to check for any corrosion or shortages but nothing serious. There is a chance the problem occurred due to havy rains leakage from the sunroof which lead to a shortage within the fusebox unit and the UCH as they are combined together.
However it is possible that the UCH unit is damaged which means paying a house for a new one or a second hand and having to reprogram that with the immobiliser code.
Also another possibility is to FULLY DIAGNOSE with a can clip computer inorder to find exactly which component /module has gone faulty so i have an idea if its the wiring or the card reader or the uch .
I urgently need someone mobile or who knows about this problem (i.e. immobiliser code retrieval, reprogramming / resinchronising of the uch and the card reader).

Much appreciated, hope anybody out there could help.
