Shunt Unit Location

Thanks for the welcome Lagdti!

The drivers side switches for electric windows stopped working, tried everything including new motor, swapping over switches, but meter says power going to motor when switch operated so its something to do with current not reaching the motor?
Messed about with switches at weekend and now drivers window opens but passenger side not working now. To close the window however I have to reach across and press the passenger button too!
Also when the lights are on no window switches work at all and when lights are off if you press the window switch to up the sidelights come on.
As the shunt unit is common on both the interior lighting and window circuit diagrams thought this might be the problem. (Switches have small light inside)
Got new switches on way but wanted to know what else to check if they don't work!
Is it a short or open circuit?
Forgot to mention fuse for sidelights blew when window first worked so replaced it and now having
fun at Mcdonalds drive thru's!!
Will let you know how I get on. Any suggestions welcome!
