Hi mate.

Yes the same process would apply.

I don't know if its just the outer mirror casings you have, or if they are complete, but masking off what can't be stripped out is a must.

Also you may well need to be inventive when it comes to spraying so that the casing gets a full coat of paint & lacquer - wire coat hangers suspended on string can be used to good effect.
