Renault Customer Services
after my driver's side electric window failed. Customer services were brilliant! I recommend that anyone with the same problem should contact them straight away. The local dealer wanted to charge me £47 just to diagnose the problem and £380 to replace the window regulator. After reading other people's experiences on here, the window has been repaired free of charge and Renault are also paying for the passenger side regulator to be replaced free of charge. Just a small correction though.Renault now cover the regulator for four years or 70,000 miles. My Modus is five years old, and I bought it secondhand. It has 30,000 miles on the clock, so I was delighted to discover that although I had not purchased it from a Renault dealer, I was still covered.
