Blinking injection fault lamp (orange one) always means that the immobiliser is not deactivated in the ecu software.
Check the engine computer ( ecu ) connectors and connections to the fuse box ( uch ).

Also, sometimes when the key fails it helps to squeeze the key pad while turning - if it starts then you have a faulty key.

The non turning over has nothing to do with immobiliser.

Still not right and you have to take it to a good dealer to verify different states in the system to find the faulty point.
