Hello, in Renault speak its a washer pump spacer or the washer pump sealing ring .... if your car doesnt have headlight washers then its 77 05 002 060 ... I I had to replace one on my Clio2 about a year ago ... but get them to check.

The Firewall is the reinforced panel between the engine compartment and the passenger cell ... more likely called a bulkhead now days ... the scuttle is the panel that covers the space between the bottom of the windscreen and the bonnet ... on a Clio2 its black plastic and in 2 parts (traditionally its a oval or circular panel on a ships deck to allow access to equipment situated below that is difficult to access otherwise) the yanks call it a cowl or cowling.
