location of alarm fuse on Scenic Grand II 2006

Hi, I'm trying to problem solve my central locking / keycard not working problem and suspect this may be linked to the alarm not working, I have a 2006 Scenic Grand 1.9 diesel with a thatcham alarm.

I have found a fuse compartment under the passenger seat and checked them, one fuse is missing (top left as you look from passsenger door) tried putting spare in but had no effect.

All fuses in main fuse box OK however there is a space for the larger fuse, big square block (like the big pink block already in situ) which is empty.

The whole problem stems from 2 keycards not working unless they are in the reader, no doors lock with fobs or door handles boot etc, battery good (tested on multimeter) car starts fine.

Any help appreciated
