i would check you have fuel the going to the rail, just unplug the connector on the rail and see if it primes whith fuel, then check fuel cut off switch if fitted it will be on the near side under the bonnet tucked away, you could bridge it, if that fails check the sender wires at the tank for good 12V, will not be
if you have spark and because you have
knows you have engine speed hence no codes.
Also if you have wrong
(too thick) the lifters cam jack open giving you poor compression and i assume you have checked cam belt, although this should bring up cam or crank sensor fault.
