Secnie regulator motor - 6 vs 2 pin ??

I need to replace NSF regulator unit inc motor and have bought this on ebay . I got an unused genuine Renault part , which I was assured both by seller and by dealer was the right part. Renault Part No.: 82 01 010 937.

It has a rectangular 6 pin socket for motor though (I'm told they all have this??) but my wiring is for a circular 2 pin.

It there still a way to use this? Can I correct directly to 2 of the pins within the 6 pin socket? Is there a convertor?

Or have I just wasted 130...... But even if I have to buy another, the dealer says all are 6 pin.

Any advise appreciated.
