The dealers have this one pretty much sewn up, I'm afraid. Due to problems with unauthorised card cloning in the past, the cards have to come from France pre-programmed for your car.
For a while, there were a few truly blank cards floating around on
, but I don't think you'll find any now. Don't let anyone kid you that a used card can be re-programmed. They can't.
If the 110 quid includes coding to the car, I'd bite their hand off. Or if you don't need it urgently, it might be worth getting in touch with one of the card repairers to see if there's anything they can do (a forum search for 'keycard repair' should give you some more information.)
