just thought i'd chip in, what I did after thinkin the tank was empty and putting in more fluid also finding I couldn't get my wheel off after kwik fit put it on too tight, it suddenly occured to me I could maybe syphon the washer tank and as suggested in this, and other threads, pour warm water into the reservoir thought it probably wouldn't work but 10 minutes later my washers were flowing free allbeit with some very gloopy looking liquid, ran it through a few times and added more warm water now it's good as new without removing anything, spending money or breaking any fir tree bolts result! I'd suggest this method to anyone as a first try use a soft hose though as it has to go round a bend in the filler pipe. As a footnote I got alot of gungy blue flakes in the syphoned fluid which I suspect were the problem.
