How long it would take depends on the colour match (i.e. if it needs painting), and just how complete it is (i.e. lock & wiper motor included).

If its a straight swap, then 2 people (never contemplate doing this alone), could do it in 2-3 hours (possibly less if the bolts undo readily). The main difficulty is supporting the tailgate whilst bolting it in, then lining it up against the rest of the car.

Any additional tasks will obviously add to this time.
