I lost count of the number of recalls we had on our Citroen Picasso and the number of warranty repairs done - these were the main reasons for selling it when the warranty ran out. We did not get any paperwork from the Citroen Dealer to say any of the work had been carried out, they just said that all details were on the computer and should we ever need to query it they could simply look up on the computer.
This didn't inspire much confidence from a shoddy dealer who had to delay the repair/service of all its Citroens for 3 days because the main computer had crashed!! This included the diagnostic and
