I think it's a single disc in-dash MP3 changer on the current ones. Though looking through the latest brochure, I could have sworn that the 2010 edition comes with line-in phonos too, so I'd have thought it would be possible to retro-fit. Then again, I could be mistaken, or the phonos could coincide with the replacement of the standard 2D sat-nav with Carminat TomTom.

I agree that it's a pretty poor show if you can't use your iPod in the car. But worst case scenario, you get to burn your favourite mp3 tracks out to CD-R and play those. It's not as versatile at the iPod, but it would give you fingertip track control and you wouldn't have to keep faffing around plugging and unplugging the iPod. You can typically fit about 8 albums on a CD-R at 192Kbps or roughly 12 at 128Kbps.
