Worn or duff turbos usualy give problems across the complete temperatutre range and it would seem your problem only arises once the engine heats up. For whatever reason the engine is suffering an injection fault and going into limp mode. A decent diagnostic system should be able to detect the problem but remember not all non-Renault garages may have suitable equipment for such. It could be something trivial such as a dirty
valve or such. But in order to protect your purchase insist the vehicle be properly repaired.
