Crack open an injector pipe union, as you did before, to confirm injector is getting fuel.
Is your battery in good condition? Even when extending glow plug preheat time, battery need to be in very good condition to start engine if timing is retarded.
I suggest you get injection timing measured and adjusted. Ambient temperature is falling and starting problem will get worse.
Outside temp might be 7C. Engine could be colder.
Try to find a diesel specialist. He will sort out your problem in no time.
