yes they do fit.
as long as you find another door with the same colour code you should be able to save yourself some cash on the respray.
basically its 2 door pins and the electrics cable to release. easy enough to refit.

dont forget that your key wont work on that door anymore, unless you take the door card off and remove the glass to get into the back of the door handle mechanism to change handles.

remember to take a note of the position of the clip in wires that connect the handle to the lock etc...
if you get them refitted wrong you wil have problems with getting the door to open or use central locking.

have fun, and you can get the spare drivers door to slide into the car via the rear drivers side passenger door, helps if you lift out the lower part of the back seats, its a tight fit but will go in

you might also want to change over the glass from the old door to the new one (keeps the renault chassis id number which is etched onto the glass)
