I have same problem.

When indicating left all is fine until I brake - then either the indicator blinks very fast or not at all. It is worse when I have my lights on.

It is only the rear left side that is effected, indicating right is fine.

I've had the relay replaced, this didn't work.

I find that cleaning the circuit board for the rear cluster and/or replacing the bulbs in the cluster does fix it, but only temporarily! A few days later the problem is back!

The connector to the cluster has no obvious signs of a problem, no discolouration or any sign of burns on the pins or wires, no bent pins either.

I plan to go over it with a multimeter this weekend.

But as this seems to be a common fault (always the left side aswell?) then surely there is a common fix?

Please help
