There is a how to with pics on changing the front pads on an earlier model than yours on the forums and the process should be very similar.If you have a look in the Laguna section you should be able to find it,if not then get back to us and we'll point you in the right direction.

As for the valves,theres no need to do anything before having a tyre changed,the sensors shouldn't be disturbed.The valve core is removed to release the air,but these aren't trouble usually,apart from that it's straight foward.When the system first came out it did have a few tyre fitters bemused,but most have now been educated in exactly what to do.
