try checking the routing of the down pipe, it can be adjusted or drift and sort of touch the heatsheild / bodywork, that would cause a vibration at some speeds.

is it noticable at certain RPM ? might be a gunky injector, injector cleaner will fix that.

and yes i can confirm that the steering can cause a vibration if set just a fraction off 0 +/-1

do you have any play in the steering rack/ball joints ?
there could be a little play on a ball joint which sets up resonance in the suspension only when moving at speed.
