Hello and welcome Martin
I've not driven either but on paper you're looking at a loss of about 60nm of torque on the 1.5 (that's quite a bit). What's the difference in company car tax, about £70pa? I could live with that for more grunt that the 1.9 will give you! However, you're looking at mixed mpg of 55 on the 1.5 and 50 on the 1.9 which, at current prices, would be about an extra £200-300 pa on fuel costs.
Sooooo, for an extra £300-400 pa you'd have a better driving experience.......I'd go for the latter and bite the bullet on the extra costs.
But, that's just me and I'm only going by what I read on paper regarding mpg and cct.....afterall, I'm no expert in either area
