I am a new renault owner but from experience with previous cars I've owned it could be a fuse has blown or the motor. I'm sure there's a way of checking the fuses, can't remember how I did it with my old car. If you rule out the fuse then I'd say you need a new motor for your wipers, can be pricey. For my last car I ended up going to a scrappy to get one. I previously had a Fiat Multipla and it was going to take 6 weeks to get one from the factory in Italy from Fiat, wouldn't have thought it would take that long if you buy a new one from Renault. I couldn't wait 6 weeks for a new motor so in the end the scrappy was the only option but cheaper.
