Hi, I have this same issue - the rear wiper is completely seized and I'm having problems getting any movement from it at all, and have been unable to remove it completely so far. So that needs sorting for a start.

I have also taken the motor enclosure apart and attached the motor alone, turned on the switch and nothing. So either the motor has burnt out as a result of the seizure(!), or the switch doesn't work.

Can someone please tell me how I can confirm that the switch is working? If I go one notch further on the steering wheel, the rear washers do work.

If it turns out I need a new motor and wiper assembly, which parts will be compatible with my Laguna II estate? Do the "normal" hatch's have the same parts (as they seem to be more abundant)

I'd appreciate any advice, so thanks in advance.

Great forum by the way, only had mine a week and already sorted numerous problems thanks to this forum.

Edit: Just tried a bit too hard to remove the wiper arm, and snapped it!
