You really need the engine to be running to get a better idea of whats going on.

Does the part where it says 'open loop' go closed loop with the engine running and then go open loop as you press the accelerator,then go back to closed loop at a steady throttle load?.

Does the manifold pressure fluctuate under acceleration?.

What is the short term fuel trim with the engine running?.I'd say the long term reading is out,but you need to see what the short term one is doing too.
