the non turn over is the solenoid connection, they are notorious. At this stage pull it off squeeze with pliers put back on and it will crank everytime.
The tps seems a bit out of spec, you will have starting toruble and with that reading you won't have over run fuel cut off activation either.
Clean the TB and see what its like after that, if still out you'll need to move the TPS to the right position.
Clean the ICV as well as the load seems quite high in the screen grabs.
Sorting these issues out shoudl also bring the STF back to a more reasonable amount.
