Hi, the metal key that comes with the keycard is an emergency key that only lets you unlock the car, and disarm the alarm, not the imobiliser.
The "key" fits the front passenger door handle on RHD cars(typical French ... everyone drives on the left ... dont they ! .... merd
... in the shaped pattern at the rear of the handle... be careful as its easy to break the cover on the door handle, and it costs a fortune to paint and replace.
