Re: Can Anyone Offer Me Any Advice Traffic 07 Model

I think I'm right in saying that the 100 is the 1.9dCi engine. The early versions of this do give turbo problems, but the later ones and especially the less stressed van units (less power/boost than car derivitives) are much more reliable. The 6 speed gearboxes can be a little tempramental too,but I wouldn't say that it would be a problem on a van as new and on the mileage this one is.Just make sure that the gears are easy to engage, especially on downshifts.Any nasty crunching noises and it points to worn syncros.

Compared to other vans,I'd say that Renaults are definately the most comfortable out there and are at least as reliable camparitive vans from other manufacturers.
