Under most normal weather conditions a cd player wouldn't flatten a battery to the extent it is now, battery power diminishes with the ambient temperature, hence the situation you're now in.
I think the battery needs a good charge up, and although a big enough battery booster can probably get the engine running, it will take a fair bit of driving to ensure the battery is back up to charge (you have to remember there is more drain on the battery due to use of heater/fan, lights, wipers & heated windows & mirrors), so even 10 miles may not be enough to recharge it fully.
If you have to remove the battery, look out for your radio code & be prepared to re-set the electric windows operation. Also, when re-fitting, do not leave your keycard inside the car - just in case the central locking activates - leaving you locked out.
